I heard somewhere that doing a morning exercise before your breakfast would help burn weight (not sure if this is true or not).

Thanks everyone- especially you jack- weill defiantly keep what you said in mind..
What I had to eat today was..
Breakfast - Bannana, water (was going to class)
Snack - 1/2 a sliced apple, water
Lunch - a Turkey unwhich from Jimmy Johns (unwhich means instead of bread, its mostly lettuce), green tea
Snack - small bag of wheat thins (200 cal), water
dinner - 2 table spoons of shepards pie, 2 pieces of lettuce- Fuze, Slenderize (10 cal)
and im planning-
Snack - 3 baby carrots, 4-5 Ritz crackers-
Come Friday when I goto the store, I'll defiantly pick up some more fruits+veggies. some chicken breasts to broil for lunch etc. My girlfriend suggested to me 2 hard boiled eggs in the morning.

I went to the gym today with my girlfriend and we worked out together...
20 minutes on elliptical, according to the machine I burned 225 calories.
and about 20 mintues on a exercise bike- machine said I biked 5.5 miles. and burned 275 calories.
I then walked two miles with a brisk pace..so I'm guessing thats 100 calories..I could be very wrong however- (also note- 60 ab crunchs, 15 pushups)
providing that I'm not, I burned 600 calories today...Which to me atleast seems impressive for the first time at a gym in over almost 3 years.
I've also started calorie counting...
1010 Calories on Monday
1205 Calories on Tuesday...
I really need to start drinking alot more water, I just these huge cravings at night before bed. Still gotta work on that...
Once I get the p90x DVD's from Legendary, and once I figure out how to due them..I'll probably start with one a day..and get it up to two.. we'll see.

Or a local equivalent. The point is it has 0 sugar, 0 carbs, 0 calories and 0 sodium. Essentially it is just flavored water. I replaced the "soda" portion of my meals with this, and I drink like 2 a day...it is a guilt free drink, and only costs $0.25 for one here in CT. You stock up on as many different flavors as you want and just enjoy them. The only thing to get used to is the lack of sugar. However that is what you are trying to cut out of your diet too, so it is worth getting used to.![]()
