Building new computer..

Ok so i bought a new computer, and my mom decided that it was hers >.<. Well she gave me $600 and i was wondering what to get. I could build but it would be my first time and i would prefer to stay away from it. Could y'all help me out? I would prefer if this had 7

600? That would give you a run of the mill gaming rig. Given the specs, you could run TF2 at mid-high settings, but current generation games would be too much to handle.
That is, however, if you can find some seriously sweet deals. But that would obviously take time and effort. I

With $600, your best option is to build your own. Highly recommended. I built mine for around $800, and it has better specs than those brand-name comps which costed $200-300 more than what I spent.
If you don't want to actually put the parts together to build your own, try CyberPower. I configured mine there, worked very well and the customer support is great if you have any questions. You pick the parts and they do all the dirty work; formatting, making sure things work, etc. I'm sure you can get a great deal for your money there.

Looks decent. I'd recommend upping that video card if you're going to be gaming though. Compensate by choosing a dual core instead of a quad, and perhaps a cheaper case. Spend money on good parts, not looks.

At the moment i just plan to use this video card for about 6 months, until i can stick a new one in it, but what would you recommend?
